Friend just bought a $600 Park Avenue Ultra as a parts car. It had Buick chrome wheels on it that are the exact same size as my Miata’s wheels. Would need 4x100 to 5x114.7 adapters, but I got thinking about winter wheels...
GANGSTA AS FUCK
This is what they actually look like on a Park Avenue

Eh, not my flavor of team but that would be interesting to see. I suggest Cobalt 4x100 steelies if you need winter wheels but I’m not sure if they’ve been tested by others to see if they’re compatible with the larger NB2 sport brakes.

For a moment I thought they were Lexus LS wheels.

They look astonishingly like Mercedes-Maybach wheels except 15 years older.

For a similar effect for cheap, you could pick up a set of CRX phone dial wheels. The old, flaking clear coat can easily be buffed off to a nice, polished aluminium shine.

On second thought, if your NB has the bigger brakes, then 14" wheels may not clear the calipers.

Needs 16s

You definitely dont need 16s. 15s will fit just fine, regardless of what tirerack says.

I dunno. Clearance with the stock 16s and big brake kit is already pretty close.

I have the same exact brakes and I currently own three sets of 15x6.5 wheels (winter, summer, autox) that fit just fine. I had a set of 15x8 zero offset wheels that had wheel weights which rubbed on the caliper but low profile weights mounted properly fixed that issue. 15 inch wheels definitely fit NB2s with the sport brakes.
